Nudge Messaging Solution
Developed a nudge messaging solution for an insurance provider. The solution delivers nudge messages to clients during both the acquisition quote journey and the renewal journeys. It leverages an unsupervised machine learning model to determine which nudge messages to present to specific target audiences.
