Survey Comment Theme Analyser
AWS Bedrock batch-inference pipeline that extracts themes from member survey comments and feeds them into Tableau for trend reporting.
Lineage knowledge assistant
Developed a lineage knowledge assistant that provides data engineers with information about data lineage, including source systems, transformations, and dependencies. The assistant uses natural language processing to understand user queries and provide relevant information from the data catalog.
Nudge Messaging Solution
Developed a nudge messaging solution for RACQ Insurance. The solution delivers nudge messages to clients during both the acquisition quote journey and the renewal journeys. It leverages an unsupervised machine learning model to determine which nudge messages to present to specific target audiences.
AWS SageMaker Studio - IaC deployment
Developed an AWS SageMaker Studio Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solution, used to deploy SageMaker domains, user profiles, roles, permissions, and lifecycle scripts across various AWS environments.
Facilities Dashboard
Power BI Facilities dashboard for a private college, integrating data from SharePoint Online and Freshdesk.
SQL Server to AWS RDS SQL Server
Automated the replication process to ensure data is consistently refreshed in the cloud warehouse. Designed and delivered a central data‑warehouse solution for a global retailer, replicating transactional data into a consolidated AWS RDS SQL Server instance to enable enterprise‑wide group reporting.
Roles & impact.
- Developed and deployed a Customer Incident Management (CIM) solution that automatically analyses and categorises customer complaint incidents using Generative AI. The solution also derives monthly insights and produces an executive summary highlighting key trends and themes requiring attention. The end‑to‑end process is fully automated using Power BI, Power Automate, and AI Hub (Prompt Builder).
- Currently under development, the Generative Marketing Platform (Imagen + Veo) automates image, video, and copy generation for campaigns and social media, enabling rapid creative iteration.
- Currently architecting the Metrics‑as‑a‑Platform solution, an in‑flight AI‑for‑BI capability designed to deliver natural‑language analytics over enterprise data assets.
- Supported the implementation, monitoring, and organisation‑wide rollout of Claude Code at TLC. Developed a secure best‑practice AI coding repository to guide team usage.
- Developed and deployed a AI use case risk assessment tool to evaluate potential AI applications across the business, ensuring responsible and ethical AI implementation. The tool assesses factors such as data privacy, bias, and compliance risks, providing a structured framework for decision‑making around AI initiatives.
- Assisted the TLC Data Governance team with establishing a AI Toolset page, providing developers with practical guidance on selecting and using AI tools effectively and securely. This resource has been instrumental in promoting responsible AI adoption across the organisation.
- Architected and deployed Generative AI and machine-learning decision engines for claims assessment, risk and product recommendations during web journeys.
- Delivered a GenAI‑powered solution that analyses tow‑truck footage to verify correct vehicle loading, improving process quality and supporting operator training.
